Doc-umentary

Doc1_1 I wrote a personal anecdote some months ago about aging punk-rocker Doc Dart.  Lil' Doc is one of the more interesting characters to have come out of Lansing, Michigan (I'm still adjusting to his new name, "26").  I recently saw a Maysles brothers documentary called Salesman, and co-director Albert Maysles said that filmmakers inevitably go home to make their first movies; I suppose that's another way of saying 'write what you know.'  My dad and I have day-dreamed of making a documentary about Doc, but have no idea where he is these days.  So you google searchers who stumbled here, write me an email to siredmundorme@hotmail.com if you know anything.  In the meantime, here are some great photos I found of him on a Crucifucks myspace page.  (The photo of him playing is from a bar in Chicago in 1996, with his signature Tigers hat that was run over by a garbage truck).
